How to Book Saskatchewan Express
The show requires:
-
A stage which is ideally 32' wide X 24' deep.
-
2 sets of stairs backstage and if possible two sets out front as well.
-
An area of 3' must be left between the stage and the back wall. If the stage is a portable one, to allow for change and crossover area.
-
Two small dressing rooms for make-up and costumes or one large one.
-
Power required for our summer and winter show equipment: two separate 50 amp 220 volt circuits within 50 feet of the stage.
-
Power required for our school tour equipment: 3 15 amps, 120 volt circuits within 50 feet of the stage.
-
Two and a half to three hours of set-up time for sound, lights, the stage area (ie. risers, dance floor, sound check etc.)
-
A schedule of the events planned for the day which indicates our set-up and tear-down times.
