How to Book Saskatchewan Express

The show requires:

  • A stage which is ideally 32' wide X 24' deep.

  • 2 sets of stairs backstage and if possible two sets out front as well.

  • An area of 3' must be left between the stage and the back wall.  If the stage is a portable one, to allow for change and crossover area.

  • Two small dressing rooms for make-up and costumes or one large one.

  • Power required for our summer and winter show equipment: two separate 50 amp 220 volt circuits within 50 feet of the stage.

  • Power required for our school tour equipment: 3 15 amps, 120 volt circuits within 50 feet of the stage.

  • Two and a half to three hours of set-up time for sound, lights, the stage area (ie. risers, dance floor, sound   check etc.)

  • A schedule of the events planned for the day which indicates our set-up and tear-down times.

Saskatchewan Express supplies the following:  

  • Sound

  • Lights (if required)

  • Back Drop

  • Choral Risers

  • Dance Floor

  • Stage Props
